What is a Sleep Trial exactly?

The data says that you’ll love your Pillow Fight products.  If you fall into that small percentage who are not 100% satisfied, we've got you covered. Any Pillow Fight branded product includes our sleep trial. That means, you have 100 nights to use our products knowing you can still receive a full refund if you're not satisfied.

Why do you offer a sleep trial?

Much like a new relationship, it may take a few nights to adjust to your products. We love our customers and want them to enjoy optimized sleep. Our first priority is to donate any returned mattresses to a 501(c)(3) organization or charity partner. By donating as many returns as we can, your purchase can help a less fortunate family or child sleep better tonight and have a stronger future tomorrow.

Do I need to keep the shipping box?

Our boxes look amazing, but we know that most people like to recycle their boxes as soon as possible. If you keep the box then of course you can use it to make the return, but it is not required. 

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping to all Pillow Fight Club members or to non-members with orders exceeding $150.  All of our products are always available with a subsidized, flat rate shipping in all cases. Return shipping is always free, except where not applicable in Alaska and Hawaii.
